个人简介:

张改云,女,1980年10月出生,博士,副研究员,现任职于自然资源部第三海洋研究所海洋生物遗传资源重点实验室。目前主要从事1,海洋放线菌的多样性研究,包括大洋不同生境放线菌菌株资源获取、分类及其潜力评估;2,基于基因组信息的新颖天然产物的挖掘;3,微生物次级代谢产物关键合成途径的基因功能研究。主持或参与项目包括国家自然科学基金、福建省自然科学基金、厦门海洋研究开发院共建项目、所基本科研业务费、厦门南方海洋研究中心项目、海洋公益性项目及大洋协会项目等。发表学术论文46篇,其中SCI论文32篇;第一作者及通讯作者论文30篇(SCI论文22篇);申请发明专利6项,授权4项。
