汤熙翔,男,1974年1月生。研究员。

 

二、研究领域

深海微生物环境适应性机制及生物活性物质的应用开发,主要研究方向包括:

1. 深海耐嗜压和耐嗜冷细菌的多样性及新种分类鉴定研究;

2. 深海耐嗜压和耐嗜冷细菌的高压和低温适应性机制研究;

3. 深海微生物次生代谢产物在农业领域的应用基础及开发研究;

4. 深海微生物次生代谢产物在生物医药领域的应用基础及开发研究。

 

承担的课题:

1.海洋生物医药产业规划与政策研究(中国自然资源部课题,省部级,课题负责人,720万元);

2. 农用深海微生物筛选、潜力评价与开发利用(中国大洋矿产资源研究开发协会课题,省部级,子课题负责人,91万元);

3. 深海微生物天然药物新资源获取与活性评价(中国大洋矿产资源研究开发协会课题,省部级,子课题负责人,50万元);

4. 深海酵母来源功能性水产饲料添加剂的研制(福建省科技计划重点课题,省部级,课题负责人,15万元);

5. 超深渊生物群落及其与关键环境要素的相互作用机制研究(国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)子课题,国家级,子课题负责人,98万元)。
