个人简介:

姜丽晶,女,1982年生,厦门大学博士,副研究员。

现为国家海洋局海洋生物遗传资源重点实验室研究人员。曾于2012年和2015年两次作为访问学者赴法国极端环境微生物学实验室开展合作研究。主要从事深海极端环境微生物的研究,包括深海热液口极端微生物及其基因资源的获取;深海微生物的适应性机理及在C/S等重要元素生物地球化学循环中的驱动机制。先后承担了国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目,福建省自然科学基金等国家级和省部级项目;参与多项国家级科研项目,包括国家重点研发计划重点专项,国际海域资源调查与开发“十二五”,十三五”重大项目,国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划),国际科技合作专项“深海微生物多样性与基因资源调查关键技术的合作研究”,中法“蔡元培”交流合作项目等。目前研究成果已在Frontiers In Microbiology,Int J Hydrogen Energy,FEMS Microbiol Ecol, Research in Microbiology, FEBS Letters,Int J Syst Evol Microbiol,Extremophiles,Antonie Van Leeuwenhoek,Appl Environ Microbiol, Geomicrobiol J等国内外主流期刊上,发表SCI论文27篇,其中第一作者10篇。参与撰写专著2部。
