 二、研究领域

海洋环境微生物和大洋微生物资源研究开发，主要研究方向包括：

1. 大洋深海微生物生态分布特征与生态功能研究

2. 大洋深海烃降解微生物分子生态、降解机理及环境适应性研究；

3. 大洋深海特殊生境中新型微生物资源获取、系统进化和生态功能研究。

三、目前承担的课题：

1. 海洋典型生态系统储碳过程的调控机制（科技部国家重点研发计划，国家级，子课题负责人，64万元）

2. 国际海底合同区资源勘探与开发（自然资源部中国大洋事务管理局课题，省部级，子课题负责人，15.7万元）
