个人简介：

主要从事对虾天然免疫的分子生物学研究，对对虾细胞信号传导在对虾免疫与病毒感染中的功能机制进行了研究，并通过建立对虾的小RNA文库及克隆microRNA途径中相关酶类，对对虾小RNA在对虾免疫中的作用进行了研究。另一方面，开展了深海极端环境生物（热液口管状蠕虫、盲虾、超深渊钩虾等）分子特征的相关研究工作，对其对深海极端环境的适应性机制进行解析，并对多个新基因进行了克隆与功能研究。此外，也对嗜热菌开展了一部分的研究工作，在微生物的培养鉴定与功能基因研究中积累了丰富的科研经验。目前为止，主持或参加国家自然科学基金、863、973、农业部现代农业产业技术体系建设项目、海洋公益性行业科研专项等多项项目；已发表论文40多篇，其中36篇为SCI收录；申请专利6项，已授权7项。
